This blend is made specifically for beef, combining creamy dairy notes with garlic, onion, herbs, pepper and savoury seasoning to give smash burgers a rich ranch-style flavour without overpowering the meat.
It is designed to be used on the surface of the burger, where the seasoning can cook into the crust and develop maximum flavour on a hot griddle.
How to Use
For a 100–120 g beef ball, smash onto a very hot plate or griddle, then season the exposed surface with approximately 2.5–3.5 g.
Once a deep crust has formed, flip and give the second side a lighter sprinkle.
For best results, season the surface rather than mixing heavily through the mince.
