Shanez Bird’s Eye Chilli Flakes are made from dried Bird’s Eye chillies and crushed fresh in-house for a coarse texture, strong aroma and intense heat.
Use sparingly in curries, stir-fries, noodles, soups, sauces, marinades, chilli oils, seasoning blends and recipes requiring a powerful chilli kick. The crushed texture disperses heat more quickly than whole chillies.
