Our Bourbon BBQ rub is a dry rub used on pork, beef, chicken, tofu and lamb, with a smoky BBQ flavor. Also, great as a seasoning or mix with olive oil and use as a marinade.
To use the rub, simply apply it generously to your meat before BBQing or grilling, and let it sit for a few hours, allowing the flavors to infuse into the meat. When cooked, the rub will create a delicious crust on the outside of the meat, while keeping the inside moist and flavorful.
