Coriander seeds are the seeds of the coriander plant. They have a light citrusy curry flavor and aroma and is related to the parsley family. 


Coriander seeds are both a herb and a spice.


Coriander seeds can be used whole, crushed or ground in cooking.  Coriander seeds are used for pickling, meat rubs, soups, stews, dough, stirfry, dips, breads, sauces, marinades and currie pastes.
