For the traditional serving method, dip crusty bread into olive oil and then into the Dukkah. It can also be sprinkled over cooked fish, eggs, salads and roasted vegetables, pressed onto chicken or lamb before cooking, mixed through mayonnaise for a textured dip, or served over bread with honey.
