Shanez Guar Gum is a fine powder used to thicken, bind and stabilise foods. Suitable for sauces, gravies, soups, dressings, desserts, frozen desserts, drinks and baking.
Add gradually while whisking or blending thoroughly. Start with a small amount and increase slowly until the desired consistency is reached.
