Shanez Honey Bourbon BBQ Dry Rub Seasoning is a sweet and savoury Southern-inspired blend made in Australia.
Ideal for pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken, beef brisket and grilled vegetables. Apply approximately 20–30g per kilogram of meat, rub evenly over the surface and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes before barbecuing, smoking, grilling or roasting.
For deeper flavour, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
