This 200ml bottle along with 1kg of lean topside or any low fat, high quality beef will make approximately 360g of completed jerky. 
 
It's this simple to use: .
1.Shake bottle well and pour over your cut meat.
2. Mix thoroughly, ensure all meat is covered in sauce.
3. Meat is now ready to put in dehydrator.
