Shanez Onion Flakes
Shanez Onion Flakes are coarse-cut pieces of dried onion with a natural onion flavour and visible texture. They are larger than onion granules and rehydrate into soft onion pieces during cooking.
Add directly to soups, stews, casseroles, curries and sauces, or soak briefly in warm water before adding to meat dishes, breads, fillings and recipes requiring a softer texture. They can also be crushed when a finer texture is preferred.
