Whole dried Orange Carolina Reaper pods with extreme heat and a fruity chilli flavour.
Use a small piece in curries, chilli, soups, stews, marinades and sauces. Pods can also be rehydrated, crushed into flakes or ground into powder. Add cautiously and allow the heat to develop before using more.
