Dehydrated potato flakes for a quick and easy meal prep!


Boil 2 cups of water with butter or margarine, salt and pepper (your choice or seasonings). 
Remove from heat. 
Add 1/4 cup of milk and stir in potato flakes to your desired consistency. 
Add additional seasonings (if preferred) to taste.


*The amount of potato flakes used will depend on the texture and consistency in which each individual prefers their mashed potato.
