Adjust the texture to suit your preference—make your mash thick and creamy, soft and fluffy, or add butter, herbs, cheese, garlic and your favourite seasonings.
EASY PREPARATION
Bring 2 cups of water to the boil with butter or margarine, salt, pepper or your preferred seasonings.
Remove from the heat and add ¼ cup of milk. Gradually stir in the potato flakes until you reach your desired consistency.
Add more milk, water, butter or seasoning if required. Allow the mash to stand briefly, then fluff with a fork before serving.
