Dehydrated sweet potato flakes for a quick and easy meal prep!


1 cup of dehydrated potato flakes makes 2 cups of cooked sweet potato.


Comes in resealable packaging.

Sweet Potato Flakes

  • To rehydrate sweet potato flakes simply:

    -Bring 2 cups of water to the boil in a saucepan.
    -Add 1 cup of sweet potato flakes and seasoning (personal choice, if preferred) of your preference.
    -Medium boil for approximately 15-20 minutes until sweet potato flakes are soft.
    -Remove from heat, add butter or margarine and milk and/or more water and mash to your preferred consistency. 
    -Add additional seasonings (if preferred) to taste.


    *This is a general cooking guide only. The amount of sweet potato flakes you choose to use will depend on the texture and consistency in which each individual prefers their mashed sweet potato.
