Shanez Sweet Potato Flakes
Made from 100% sweet potato, these dehydrated flakes are an easy way to prepare sweet potato mash or puree without peeling, chopping or boiling.
Gradually stir hot water into the flakes until the desired consistency is reached. Add butter, milk, salt or seasonings to taste.
Also suitable for soups, stews, sauces, casseroles, croquettes, breads, muffins, pancakes and savoury baking.
