Tarragon is an aromatic herb with a sweet aniseed/vanilla scent.

Tarragon is used in chicken and fish recipes, soups, sauces, eggs and dressings.


It is best to add Tarragon at the end of cooking to maintain it's sweet flavor. Tarragon is known for it's use in Bearnaise Sauce and French dishes.
